Ken has over 33 years of experience in the mineral processing industry with experience in both dry and wet mineral separation including gold, base metals, iron ore, mineral sands and nepheline syenite. His operating experience includes employment with Placer Dome (Detour, Dome, Campbell), Canamax, ERG, Barrick and Unimin. On the vendor side of the business Ken has held senior positions with Outokumpu/Outotec, FLS, Eriez Flotation and Mineral Technologies. Ken was a Member of the Editorial Committee of Canadian Milling Practice 2000 and a Member of the Editorial Committee Paste 2010. Ken is also the recipient of the Canadian Mineral Processors Bill Moore Special Achievement Award (2009) and the Ray MacDonald Volunteer Award (2017).
